How soon can I get my invitations?
 
Invitations go into production once we have received final approval from you.  We include 3 revisions for you to get the perfect final product.  Once approved, production begins to take place and ranges between 5 business days to 15 business days until we’re ready to send it out to you!  After we’ve sent it out for shipping, the shipping times will vary upon your location and shipping method chosen.  Are you in a rush?  Get in touch with us!  It’s possible to rush orders!
 
Can you send my invitations for me?
 
Yes!  We do provide addressing service so that you can sit back and relax and leave all the work to us!  Get in touch with us to learn more how to get started on addressing services.
 
How much will it cost me to mail the invitations to my guests?
Most of our standard invitations may be mailed through USPS!  No need to pay for shipping, when you can mail.  Just visit your local mailing shop to determine the number of stamps necessary to mail.  We recommend using our rigid mailing envelopes to ensure your invitation gets to your final destination safe and sound.
 
What is included in my order?
 
Our standard invitations come with a 5” x 7” acrylic invitation with it’s pertaining gold lined envelope.  Should you wish to add extras the following is available for purchase:
 
  • RSVP 3.5×5″
  • RSVP ENVELOPE 3.625X5.125"
  • SMALL ENCLOSURE 3.5×4”
  • LARGE ENCLOSURE 3.5×6”
  • RIGID SHIPPING ENVELOPE 6” X 9”
 
 
Can I cancel my order?
 
We take pride in our products being first class, top of the line.  Should you find that you are unsatisfied with your order, you are welcome to cancel anytime.
